1.Sign in to your google account. If you have not yet accessed your "Troyschools.org" account, follow the directions here.
2. When you are logged in, I want you to try out one of the tools on Google Drive: Presentation. Use the template from the link below to make a profile page for any historical person OTHER THAN JFK. In order to edit you make go to "file" then "make a copy." Make sure when you make your document, you "share" it with me so I can give you credit. The share button is found in the upper right corner. You share by giving email addresses permission to view. My email address is JSchmidt2@troyschools.org.

Follow the steps in Powerpoint Assessment to create a PowerPoint that compares Microsoft Office and Google Documents.
How-To
Work with a partner in class in order to make a "How to" presentation using Google Presentation. Slides must contain text and pictures. Do no over do it with words, and make sure to split up the slides so that any particular step is no "too big."
EXAMPLE: presentation about HOW TO make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
